LOST AND FOUND POLICY

At MYSTA MOORE Luxury SUV & Car Rental, we understand that occasionally items may be left behind in our rental vehicles. This Lost and Found Policy outlines the procedures for reporting, retrieving, and returning lost items.

1. Reporting Lost Items:
– If you realize you have left an item in one of our rental vehicles, please contact our Lost and Found department as soon as possible.
– You can report a lost item by calling (720) 998-9714 or emailing support@mystamoore.com. Please provide detailed information about the lost item, including the vehicle details, rental agreement number, and a description of the item.

2. Retrieving Lost Items:
– Found items will be stored securely at our designated Lost and Found location.
– To retrieve a lost item, contact our Lost and Found department to arrange for pickup or shipment.
– Proof of ownership may be required before releasing the lost item.

3. Storage Period:
– Found items will be held in our Lost and Found for a period of 30days/1Month. After this period, unclaimed items may be donated, disposed of, or handled according to local regulations.

4. Valuables:
– Valuables such as wallets, electronic devices, or identification documents will be handled with utmost care and security.
– For certain high-value items, additional verification may be required to ensure proper ownership.

5. Shipping Costs:
– If the lost item needs to be shipped, the cost of shipping will be the responsibility of the owner of the lost item.


6. Notifiable Items:
– Certain items, such as identification cards, credit cards, or any items considered a security risk, will be promptly reported to the appropriate authorities.

7. Confidentiality:
– MYSTA MOORE respects the privacy of individuals who report lost items. Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer:
– MYSTA MOORE is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft of items left in our rental vehicles. We strive to assist in the recovery of lost items, but we cannot guarantee the retrieval of all lost items.
