1. Cancellation Timeframes:
Cancellation policies may vary based on the type of reservation, rental period, and other factors. In general, our maximum cancellation window is 0-25 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
If warranted, additional cancellation timeframes and applicable fees will be communicated during the reservation process.
2. Fee Structure:
Cancellation fees may apply for reservations canceled 25 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
A 10% cancellation fee will be charged from the total reservation cost if canceled with 25 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
3. Refund Process:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method provided during the reservation.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institutions involved. This may range from 4-10 business days.
4. Modifications and Changes:
Changes to reservations may be subject to modification fees and are subject to availability.
It is advisable to contact our customer service as soon as possible if modifications are needed.
5. No-Show Policy:
If the renter fails to pick up the reserved vehicle without prior notice, a no-show fee of $100 will be charged.
6. Force Majeure:
MYSTA MOORE SUV & Car Rental reserves the right to modify or waive the cancellation fees in the event of circumstances beyond the renter’s control, such as natural disasters or unforeseen emergencies.
7. Communication:
It is the responsibility of the renter to inform MYSTA MOORE of any changes or cancellations in a timely manner.

Cancellations can be made through our website, mobile app, or by contacting our customer service directly.
