MYSTA MOORE is committed to ensuring your safety and peace of mind during your journey. Our Roadside Assistance Policy is designed to provide you with support in the event of unexpected incidents on the road.

– Flat Tire Assistance: If you experience a flat tire, we will provide assistance in changing the tire with the spare, if available.
– Battery Jumpstart: In the event of a dead battery, we will provide a jumpstart to get your vehicle running.
– Lockout Service: If you accidentally lock your keys inside the vehicle, we can assist in unlocking the doors.
– Fuel Delivery: If your vehicle runs out of fuel, we will deliver a small amount of fuel to help you reach the nearest gas station.

2. Coverage Limits:
– Roadside Assistance is available within a specified radius from the pick-up location or rental office. Please refer to your rental agreement or contact our Customer Care team for details on coverage limits.

3. Contacting Roadside Assistance:
– In the event of a roadside emergency, contact our 24/7 Roadside Assistance hotline at [Your Roadside Assistance Number]. Please provide your name, rental agreement number, and details of the issue.

4. Non-Emergency Situations:
– For non-emergency situations such as routine maintenance, flat tire repair, or other non-urgent issues, please refer to the vehicle’s manual for guidance or contact our Customer Care team for assistance.

5. Exclusions:
– Roadside Assistance may not cover incidents resulting from:
– Accidents or collisions
– Vehicle misuse or negligence
– Off-road driving

– Some rental packages may include additional services such as towing to the nearest Mysta Moore Car Rental location or repair facility. Refer to your rental agreement for details on additional services.

7. Responsibility:
– The renter is responsible for the costs associated with any third-party services not arranged through MYSTA MOORE Roadside Assistance.

8. Insurance Coverage:
– Roadside Assistance is not a substitute for insurance. It does not cover damages to the vehicle or third-party property. Please ensure you have adequate insurance coverage for your rental.
